What’s New for Winter 24/25
As summer’s final days fade and the evenings grow cooler, it’s the perfect time to start getting excited for the upcoming winter season! With winter on our minds, we know it’s probably on yours too. Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store for the 24/25 season!
The Crescent: A New Level of Mountain Access
Set to open this December, The Crescent – a record-breaking sellout of studio, 1-bedroom, and loft alpine homes located just steps from the Silverlode Chairlift – is right on schedule to open this December. Bookings will be available this September through redreservations.com, so keep your eyes peeled for the official announcement.
Piste Off Supply Co’s New Home
Our retail store, Piste Off Supply Co, is moving to a brand-new space on the first floor of The Crescent. With more room to breathe, expect an even bigger selection of rad swag and essential gear for your next rip on the mountain.
More Parking!
We’re expanding our parking this winter, adding around 100 new spots below the existing Caldera parking lot area while The Daly Alpine Homes is under construction. Be on the lookout for an updated base area map with the new addition coming soon.
The Free Ski Bus is Back!
We are happy to announce we’ll be officially brining back our FREE Ski Bus for the 24/25 winter! Stay tuned for a schedule to be released later this fall.
Additional On-Mountain Brushing
We’re planning additional on-mountain brushing in the coming weeks focusing on key areas around the mountain to enhance the skiing experience, including a new grass cutter that’ll make quick work across the lower part of mountain, getting things prepped nicely for first snowfall.
Summer 2025 Sneak Peak
We know it’s not winter-related, but a tease toward Summer 2025 coinciding with the launch of the new lift-accessed RED Bike Park will be a newly located and reimagined morning-till-late-night Cafe & Market (previously Keen Coffee) at the RED Day Lodge first floor, and a fully-developed four-season plaza between the RED Day Lodge, The Josie, and The Crescent.
