Card Pickup & In-person Purchase Guidelines:

Starting November 7th, Guest Services will be ready for season passholder pickup! Like the prior few years, we have split our pickup schedule into 3 distinct alphabetized categories based on last names, which you can find below. To avoid congestion, last-minute lineups, etc., please adhere to the schedule as best you can, as it helps everyone out in the end.

And unlike prior years, we’ve been hard at work on an entirely new resort-wide ticket access and pass card system. Even with all our intensive summer and fall training, there’s sure to be a curveball here and there, so please have patience with our awesome Guest Services staff as you show up to pick up your passes!
