Unit Information
Thermostat & Fireplace Controls
The gas fireplace in the unit is controlled by the thermostat located on the wall adjacent to the fireplace. If the room temperature is warmer than the temperature the thermostat is set for, the fireplace will not turn on. To turn on the fireplace, turn the thermostat up. To turn off the fireplace, turn the thermostat down.
For White Wolf Cabins and Silvertip Units, there is an additional thermostat to control the forced air heating system.
For Slalom Creek and Morning Star, the baseboard heaters in each room supply heat to that room. The thermostat is located on the wall in each room where baseboards are present.
Parking Stalls
Each unit has one designated parking space. Additional parking is available in the upper and lower parking lot of RED.
Ski Equipment Storage
For Slalom Creek and Silvertip, each unit has one ski locker provided. These are located on the first floor of the building and are labeled by unit number. Ski/board tuning rooms are located next to the recycling rooms in Slalom Creek. Please do not wax or tune anywhere else in the building. Keys and locks are provided at the front desk.
For The Crescent, each unit has access to a private ski locker. This locker is located in the hallway, just outside your unit door. To access this, you will see a key on a Red lanyard hanging on the hook in your entry way. Please ensure this key remains in the unit at all times. If the key is misplaced, guests will be charged $40 for its replacement.
Washer/Dryer and Cleaning Supplies
Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use. We’ve started you off with cleaning supplies for your first use (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, and soap.) Each unit comes with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash.
Hot Tub Instructions
Your hot tub has been set by our specialized hot tub technicians to provide the ultimate hot tub experience. We kindly ask that you shower before getting in the hot tub, and to not apply any perfume, oils, moisturizer, etc. before you hot tub.
To adjust the heat: Push the up and down arrows to control the temperature of the tub. The maximum recommended temperature is 104F/40C. If you need to adjust anything else, please contact our front desk staff and they will send someone to help you.
When the hot tub is not in use, it will circulate to maintain the temperature. If you turn off the tub jets and the soft massage is still running, the hot tub’s natural circulation will stop when it is finished. The jets will turn on periodically throughout the day to keep your hot tub hot.
When you are done, please be sure to replace the hot tub cover. This will ensure your hot tub stays clean and warm until your next use.
