Join yoga instructor and retreat host, Danielle Hachey of Feathers and Fur Experiences and Madhu Wellness Collective, for an overnight immersion into the magic of the season, Yogic practices, Ayurvedic wisdoms and community!

Danielle will facilitate two yoga practices that will explore the potent elements of late winter and early spring, the alchemy of these dynamics in our bodies, mind and hearts. Explore breath, movement, meditation and journalling as you explore your own relationship to this winter wonderland and your own inner landscape.

No need to bring a journal… paper resources provided (or feel free to bring your own)!

Schedule of events

Saturday
2PM – Pre-Paradise laps – meet at clubhouse for some pre check-in laps
3PM – Arrive at the cabins/clubhouse
3:30PM – Appetizers, mix & mingle
4:30-6:00PM – Yoga
6PM – Dinner
8:30-915 PM – Manifestation Session: gentle movement, guided meditation, journaling before bed.

Sunday
7AM – Coffee/tea available
7:45AM – Pre-shred yoga
9AM – First tracks

About the Instructor

Danielle Hachey – Co-Founder of Madhu Wellness Collective & Feathers and Fur Surf + Yoga Experiences

Danielle came to yoga to help heal and realign her body and to feel more connected to the unexplainable and the timeless. She practices and teaches yoga to bring a quality of depth and ritual to every day. Whether it be honouring the lunar cycle, paying homage to the surf or snow, or preparing for the change of the season …she meets each day and student as is.

With playfulness and sincerity, Danielle offer a series of classes, workshops and retreats that address season with story, focuses on alignment and therapeutics, with deep respect to the ancient lineages and traditions of yoga she invites you to come explore on your mat!

200-hour Yoga YTT, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, Pre-Post Natal, Embodied Social Justice Certification.

Weekend Schedule:

SATURDAY JAN 20

  • 3pm: Arrive at Cabins for check-in
  • 3pm-5pm: Relax, unpack and unwind
  • 5pm-6pm: Yoga with Danielle in the Clubhouse
  • 6:30pm: Dinner (included), drinks available for purchase
  • 7:30pm: Socialize, play games, enjoy the outdoors with s’mores!

SUNDAY JAN 21

  • 8am: Pre-ski stretch with Danielle
  • 9am: Pack up and head out to ski or to Paradise lodge for 25% off breakfast (coupon included with retreat). Only valid Jan 21st for breakfast only.

About Danielle Hachey

With playfulness and sincerity, Danielle offers a series of yoga classes, workshops and retreats that address season with story, therapeutics and alignment, and infuses the ancient wisdoms of Yoga and Ayurveda into daily practice. This winter season, you can expect to learn how to support your own resilience and nourishment, flexibility and strength in Danielle’s offerings.

Yoga Experience

March 2011 – 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Pacific Elements Yoga under the teachings of Natalie Rousseau Horscroft (E-RYT 500 AnusaraInspiredTM Yoga Teacher) in the Hatha/Vinyasa traditions.
Certified ‘Madhuri Method Ayurvedic Teacher‘ October, 2015.
Certified ‘Pre-Post Natal Yoga Teacher’, November, 2016.
Danielle has participated in various Ayurvedic workshops, Anusara-Yoga workshops, alignment and trauma-healing workshops and therapeutic-yoga intensives. She has also participated in Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Anusara, Hatha/Vinyasa and Vipassana Meditation retreats/trainings.
