Escape to the mid-mountain Constella Cabins for a unique yoga retreat designed to rejuvenate your mind and body. Accessible only by chairlift, these eco-friendly cabins offer cozy, starlit nights and tranquil seclusion.
Led by fitness guru Jenna Lamont, enjoy three revitalizing yoga sessions and a creative arts & crafts workshop, all set in our stunning clubhouse. With its indoor fireplace, wraparound decks, and breathtaking views, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect. Embrace Radical Wellness in this serene mountaintop sanctuary. Saturday
1:00PM – Group Welcome, scavenger hunt briefing & team formations
1:30PM – Scavenger Hunt on mountain
3:00PM – Ride up Paradise chair and return to cabins together
3:30PM – Appetizers, mix & mingle
5:00PM – Crush Hush Fitness (45 minute class featuring primal rhythm, interval training and yoga)
6:00PM – Dinner
7:15PM – Mindful Mobile Workshop
9:00PM – Yoga Nidra
Sunday
7AM – Ride & Shine Yoga
9AM – First tracks to Paradise chair

Jenna Lamont – Fitness & Yoga Enthusiast, Artist, and Advocate for Body Positivity
Jenna is a passionate fitness and yoga instructor with a deep-rooted love for artistic expression, especially through woodworking, fiber arts, and acrylics.
Known for her playful, hands-on approach, Jenna embraces any medium that sparks creativity and connection. Her retreats blend movement and mindfulness, inspiring body positivity, self-love, and community connection. Jenna believes in fostering a healthy relationship with body movement, emphasizing body awareness and appreciation. When not teaching or creating, you’ll find her soaking up nature’s beauty by the lake, sharing her joy for the outdoors. She’s excited to bring her creative and supportive energy to this January’s retreat, helping others find joy in both movement and art.
