How old were you when you started riding?
One and a half years old.
Who are your mentors/influencers?
I’ve had many coaches and mentors over the years but to name only 3 I’d say John
Trimmer; my long term ski racing coach, my brother Teal Harle, and my closest ski
friends who are always pushing and inspiring my skiing.
Any Nicknames?
Yukon Magnum
What’s your favourite thing about RED?
The Red chair. It’s old, quirky, and full of history. Plus it gets forgotten on a powder day.
What movie/video gets you most amped for the winter?
CLAIM (the greatest ski movie… ever)
What’s your favorite run at RED?
Links Line without a doubt
Do you listen to music when you shred? (what’s your go-to?)
Yea I love music while I ski. I have a ton of playlists but I mainly listen to Hiphop and Rap
music including Apollo Brown, Wu-Tang Clan, Cunninglynguists, and Nas.
When not skiing/riding, what else do you like to do?
Disc golfing and flying planes.
What’s the best trick name?
Switch Tail-Butter Double Cork 1260 Truck-Driver
Do you have any preseason rituals leading up to the winter?
Tuning my skis. Old habits from being a ski racer, but it always gets me excited to shred.
If you could be any animal, what would it be?
I’d be a shark, no reasoning other than I think they’re cool.
What’s your favorite saying?
Can’t see? just smell your way down.
Describe your perfect apres.
Just a hot tub and a couple of beverages with my friends.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Still skiing as much as possible, but while also pursuing a career as a pilot.
