We are grateful for all of the different walks of life choosing to make RED home from all over the world. Our community consists of families, mountain enthusiasts, couples, entrepreneurs, and more, with a common love for RED and Rossland.
Sold over $120M in real estate at RED
Our four properties, The Crescent, The Daly, The Glades and Caldera, are rapidly transforming into thriving communities filled with mountain adventurers and families alike, totalling over $120M in real estate sales.
Visited 3 cities on the RED Road Tour
Had the chance to spread the good word about RED Resort and Rossland across Portland, OR, Spokane, WA, and Seattle, WA this winter. We loved meeting all of you!
Broke ground on The Daly
Construction on The Daly commenced and reached multiple milestones before the first snowfall of the season, keeping our timelines on track.
Completed ground preparation at The Glades
Phases 1 and 2 of The Glades have been prepared and ready to be built on. Look for the groundbreaking and the start of construction on the buildings this Spring.
Completed The Crescent construction and welcomed homeowners this ski season
The sold out Crescent opened for homeowners and visitors this season, marking the successful completion of RED Mountain Homes’ first project.
Enjoyed an EARLY December opening at RED Mountain
Record-breaking snowfall allowed RED to open early, welcoming skiers to fresh tracks. What makes us happier than new homeowners? Fresh powder, and the goods just keep on coming!
