Beverages

But you’ll of course need something to wet your whistle! With a variety of non-alcohol drinks such as coffees, NA beers, sodas, and bubbly, we’ll also be serving up some fine craft brewery-selected beers and ciders, both on-tap and canned. Water stations will also be available throughout the festival grounds.

Like last year, in an effort to reduce single-use plastic, all guests drinking alcohol at the festival will be required to purchase an official Between The Peaks-branded Steel Chill-Cup from the Drink Token Booth (@ the RED ticket window). These souvenir cups are yours to keep – please be sure to bring these back for day 2 if you have a 2-day pass! Festival cups are $5 with the purchase of a drink token or $7 for just the cup.

In case you didn’t know, RED Mountain and Rossland are the center of adventure in British Columbia! From legendary mountain biking, jaw-dropping beautiful hikes, and countless other activities nearby like whitewater rafting, fishing, rock climbing, and even paragliding, you can make your getaway weekend seriously one to never forget!

Mountain Biking

Rossland, Canada’s true MTB Mecca, has trails that hit all the notes from Beginner to Expert, not to mention the NEW Millennial Trail Expansion that took place last summer adding an additional 5.8km of trails to the Rossland MTB network. It’s time to pump up those tires and hit the trails!

Hiking / trail running

They come in chunky lug-soled hiking boots with bright red laces. They come in state-of-the-art trail runners and in those funny “foot gloves” that make their lower appendages like monkey feet. Some brave souls do it barefoot. But ninja-minimalist or maxi-clunk old-school, hikers and trail runners are in for a treat when they get a load of our world-class trails. There’s gold in them thar hills.

Rossland

Rossland’s reputation at first blush is that of a four-season Shangri-La. Spring, summer and fall serves up world-class mountain biking, hiking, and golfing. The sidewalk coffee scene hums and people gather and fuel up for one kind of fun or another.

The festival will utilise the natural slopes and stunning amphitheater-like setting at the base of Red & Granite Mountains. There will be generous viewing areas across 2 stages set around RED Mountain Resorts day lodge and base area.

Food and drink vendors will be comfortably spread throughout the festival grounds, including beer gardens, merch booth, and base lodge deck access.

We aim to present world-class celebrations of music and art by bringing in both national and international acclaimed artists from a variety of regions and genres. Our goal is to have Between the Peaks also be a strong supporter and encourager of the professional artists within our community while introducing thousands of new eyes to the beauty of Rossland and RED during the summer and fall seasons.
